Home Staging Services
Our Home Staging Services start with an in-home consultation and then a quote on the needed rooms for staging. Usually we suggest staging the core rooms which we feel are the most important and make the biggest impact when walking into the home. This package varies by client and needed rooms so please call to set up a consultation.
Color Consultations
Our Color Consultations start with a $150 consultation fee which like the interior design package includes an interior design professional in home consult. This consultation is up to two hours but often times can take as little as one hour. The real time and effort comes from the design board of color swatches and the planning room by room that you can take with you to your chose paint store. We can also help with finishes for your home as well!
Interior Design Services
Our Interior Design package starts with a $175 consultation fee which includes an interior design professional in home consult. We spend up to two hours on site walking the home and taking notes with the client. From there we create a design board for each room with pricing and notes on how to order the specified pieces. This is a custom design package with varying pricing for each unique job.
Marisa and her team are the best! Truly. She has a degree in interior design and her artistic flare is sensational. We actually interviewed several stagers for our 5,000 sq ft home to be staged very well without appearing like a museum. She was able to refine and update the personality of our home with "transitional" furnishings that matched our colors and appeared to "fit" the home. Marisa listens to what the client is trying to achieve, others we met with really just want to do their own design and have their own agenda. She also provides key furnishings and materials others would not or charge extra for, like lots of towels, linens and plants. Last, Marisa does it with a beautifully warm and positive personality and a very reasonable cost. No competition for her in the Denver Metro - Dolce is the very best!!
